Hello Spotify Community!

 

I am struggling to get my subscriptions to work - me and my wife are having to separate premium accounts which are paid for with my debit card. We intentionally don't use Family option. We constantly get error messages saying that there were issues making payment from my card - sometimes it's my account that gives that message and sometimes my wife's. 

 

I am struggling to understand if there is an issue with my debit card or it is not allowed to do it this way?

 

Any thoughts will be appreciated!

Hi @dfvgdfgfd. This shouldn't be an issue with your card, and relatively easy to fix. The simplest solution would be attempting to complete the transaction in an incognito (private browsing) window, or alternatively, you can attempt to clear your cache

 

Also, I might recommend looking into a family subscription for you and your wife. You'll both retain your respective accounts and content and be able to rock out independently, but your monthly bill will only be $15, as opposed to the $20 you pay individually, but ultimately it's up to you.
