Account Compromised and addition for family member under Family Premium

Account Compromised and addition for family member under Family Premium

Hi all, I'm currently subscribed to Spotify Family and it seems like the account had been compromised with two malicious email accounts being added as my family member! I tried removing them last night and somehow their emails appeared under the list again. I would not have noticed it if not for the fact that I was attempting to add another family member to my registered list of users- that didn't work out either, the family member's email was reflected under the registered users however the actual account still does not reflect that it's a family premium account. Not sure if that's a glitch.

I took the next precaution by changing my password. And re-registered my family's member email account. I hope it works now.

That's odd. If it's a security issue, it's most likely related to your account. But you did the right thing - let us know if it happens again!
