My Question or Issue

So I recently got my account (alxeisen) hacked. They somehow managed to change my email and password. I can’t access my account at all what so ever. I have no idea how to go upon and solving this. My credit card is associated with this account and I would like to get my account back as soon as possible.

About your issue, is imperative that you contact immediately the Customer Team, to recover your account back. Unfortunately, we can't help you here, because as you said, hackers changed your account's email address.
