Account Login On Spotify App

Greetings,

on my Nvidia Shield Android Device my Spotify app it asking me to login all the time and it never use to do that it just brought me to my home page now it asks me to login when I press login I get a message cannot connect network error something it that nature so I have to remove my account in the app and then sign back in and I’m fine but when I close the app and say the next day I go back in the app again wants me to log back in so I have to remove the account and sign back in also I tried to pair and on your site it says your device has successfully paired but on my device in the app the code is still on my screen my phone is ok and my sonos is ok it’s just my Nvidia Shield 

im on a premium plan subscription
