I am a spotify premium subscriber and starting last week I haven't been able to sign in.  I have reviewed all of the "help" docs regarding, password resets, unlinking from fb (I don't have facebook) etc. 

When I do the reset password option and use my email address, I receive no email.  If I use my username (kaso1978) it says email sent.  I checked my spam, trash, social, promotions etc and there is no email.  I don't know if my account has been hacked or corrupted, either way I can not log into it.

I had to create a different account for this post, so this account is not the account i am talking about.

 

I tweeted @spotify for help as well.  I believe I need an actual spotify account support person to help me resolve this.
