Spotify no longer works for anyone at my company. When it does work it forces you to do a 3 minute kapcha of which does not accept correct responses. Three consecutive weeks have passed since I was last able to sign into Spotify successfully. There are roughly 7,000 employees at this place of business, If I am considering leaving Spotify since I am unable to listen at work I am sure others share this sentiment. (We cannot bring in our private cellphones)

Since this is related to a business-managed version of utilizing Spotify, it may be best to get in touch with SoundTrack here. If you are not the account administrator, it may be best to reach out to them as well. Since Spotify is typically used for personal, non-commercial use, there isn’t much that can be done on the Community here.

 

Hope this gets fixed soon.
