Can't Access My Premium Account through Apple ID

Can't Access My Premium Account through Apple ID

Please HELP! I got logged out of my account and when I tried to log in with my email address it took me to an old free account (which I don't need, use, or want). Then I tried logging in to my premium account through my Apple ID and accidentally created a new Apple ID-connect account. Now I can't access my premium account through my phone. Only the free ones. All three of these accounts are linked to one email address. 

 

I am writing this message through my free account.

Hello 💚

A lot of people have been having troubles with their login since Spotify's incident two days ago.

I suggest you check out this site, speak to someone from the team and they'll be in a better position to assist you.

And please be patient, there's a huge number of reports coming in so the system is overwhelmed but they'll definitely assist you eventually.

Thank you! However, when I click the "reach out" to us link, the page comes up blank with nothing in it. Are there any other options to connect with Spotify staff?

In the meantime, do you think you could give it another try using an incognito window or a different web browser?
