Can't find password reset and Gmail associated with account not found

My Question or Issue

I just got a free trial for the Premium subscription and I'm trying to log in on another phone. The problem is is that I forgot the password to the Gmail that's associated with my Spotify account. I tried to reset the password, but I can't find an option for that. When I try to log in to the Gmail and reset the password, Google says it can't find it. How do I fix this without calling Spotify?
