Cant skip songs with car controls via bluetooth.

Hello I can skip songs fine directly through for the spoify app, but when I set the app up to my car via bluetooth, I cant skip songs using the my car controls which works for cds, changing radio station ect... any help is this an issue with the app?

I tried googling it but there are threads from over 2 years ago and nothing recent cheers.

My friends car had the same issue, and i don't know iif it would help you out as well, but, Delete your cellphone from your cars bluetooth devices and link it again, see if that solves the issue, i hope so, have an awesome day!

It might just be how the car is connecting to the device. But if resetting the bluetooth connection doesn’t work, the new Spotify update lets users skip easily while driving by swiping on the screen instead of having to find the next button!
