Change Family Plan

How do I change my membership from Family Plan of 5 to Family Plan of 3? Please advise ASAP! I've tried to find it on the website and it's nowhere, and I just got rebilled yesterday for $9.98 more than I need. I also need that refunded.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

You need to cancel your subscription then resubscribe to family selecting the new number of members.

Does that mean I lost what I paid this month and will get charged again?
