Charged for Spotify Premium, not upgraded

Charged for Spotify Premium, not upgraded

Hi,

 

I signed up for a Spotify premium student account, but I could not verify my student ID. I have been charged $4.99 to my card, but I have not received any email receipts and my subscription still says I am on Spotify Free on my phone and computer.

Hey there!

 

You may need to submit verification to Spotify, so that they could verify that you are a student and change your account status. You can use this link to do just that (through Spotify's partner verification site, SheerID).

Hello,

 

I verified my student status through SheerID, and I was taken back to a page where a credit card needed to be entered. I was already charged $4.99 for this month, so I do not want to submit my information again and be charged twice. Although my student status was verified, my account still says Spotify Free.
