Hi,
My Spotify account was hijacked last week and eventually I was able to get through to Spotify support, however the last email I received was on Tuesday morning/afternoon and after proving that it is my account, was offered to reset my email to my choosing. I responded with what the email asked for though I haven't heard any updates or seen any changes to my account since. I've tried contacting Spotify Support since raising other support tickets while referencing my original ticket but I've still not heard anything.
Any suggestions to get this chased?

Would you be able to post your case number (#) from the email conversation where you provided those account verification details, its normally in one of those emails!
