Customer Support Not Responsive After 2 Weeks - Duplicate Charges

Would LOVE it if someone at Spotify would respond to any of the 4 cases that I've submitted to try to get my duplicate charges resolved. Same story as other people on this message board that have had Spotify tell them that "maybe they made another account by accident". I have never had more than 1 account and I've followed their instructions to try to get this resolved with no response.

 

Hope I can get this escalated through the message board.

Oef that doesn't seem right. Have you ever replied to any of these cases before? If not, then reply to the first case.

I've replied many times and initially received responses from Spotify asking for further information. Afte providing the information many times, I no longer am receiving any responses.

I've replied to every email I've received asking for a response (multiple times) and have added Spotify to my sender list - there are no messages in spam.

Please help me resolve this ASAP!
