Error Code 408 FRUSTRATION

Okay I am in Mexico, for longer than 14 days, I am using free.

I have been repeatedly asked to change my country settings - which I have done.
My profile says I'm in Mexico, the website has the Mexican flag even, but STILL I cannot log in and access anything at all.... I have tried logging in on various platforms web/desktop etc.

Please can someone help me! Thanks

Hello, I'm in Australia, and Spotify suddenly won't let me log in. My IP address matches my settings, I've never accessed my account from another country, and I've checked that my country is correct on both Facebook and Spotify. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
