Help.. Facebook Account disconnection

Hi, I have a few issues, the first one not so important:

1. My name is displayed incorrectly due to the apostrophe

2. I cant disconnect my account from Facebook and the associated email address never updates even though I updated this in Facebook some time ago. I would like to disassociate the account from Facebook and associate it with the correct email address: xxxx@xxxx.xxx

3. Your chat function does not work for me in Chrome or Firefox.

4. I am incredibly frustrated by all of this.

Can someone from support please help me finally get this sorted..please?
