Help logging into my account

I had a Spotify account when I lived in Italy under this email address, but when I moved to California I had to create a new one, with which I eventually signed up for premium. I bought a new phone and realize that since I always use the app I have no idea what email address or password I use for my account. I've tried everything and nothing goes through, including Facebook. The only information I have know for sure is the billing information.

Is there some way to retrieve my account with the information I have, or at least a way to cancel the subscription without having to access the account?

Hey @user-removed,

 

If you contact support from your account, the support reply may probably go to a wrong email.

 

Log out of the Spotify website in your browser and fill out this contact form. Someone from Spotify will be happy to help you out.

 

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the contact form or the username and custom email field will not show up. It is important so that you can enter the information of the account you are having trouble with. If you are logged in with a different account that is not having the problem, that account info will be used and support will be confused.

 

You should get a reply within 24 hours. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com

 

Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, you can tweet @SpotifyCares.

I now know what my username is and what the password was before I requested a new one, but I still can't do anything without the email address. Is there a way to retrieve that without contacting customer service as, for whatever reason, every time I write them an email, I get an automated reply in Italian (my first account was Italian and I've tried logging out of that numerous times). I've also tried to reply to the automated email, as many people on here have advised to do so when solving other similar problems, but to no avail.
