Help with changing email address, and accessing spotify premium which has been paid for

Hello, 

I have a spotify account which is linked with facebook however the email address I use cannot be accessed and I havnt been able to for years. 

I recently paid for the £0.99 three month spotify premium which I have been charged, however spotify has not recognised that I have paid for this service. Is this a problem because I need to access a link sent to my email. If this is so would it be possible to re-send an email to an active email address. I have just changed my facebook contact email to try to solve the problem but spotify has not recognised this either.
