I just sent Family invite but the page still loading

I just sent Family invite but the page still loading

I just sent an invite to a family member join to a family Premium plan, when she tries to redeem the code the page just keeps loading and never stops neither add her to our premium plan.

Very unprofessional from this platform this sort of issues on something that should be really straightforward.

Same here! 

 

I check in the Twitter status page and they said nothing.

 

I tried with diferents web browsers with the same result.

 

I think is a server problem but I don't know how to report it besides here.

Having the same problem and this guy (spotify worker) told me that they are working to fix this asap 

Yeah, yesterday I was talking with a support guy over the Facebook channel, he told me the same.
