I was charge $0.99 3 times without getting premium

Hello there,

I have an issue with your subscription service.
I availed of the $0.99 for 3 months premium service for my account, it was successful, then I tried for another 3 of my other spotify accounts with the same debit card I used but I did not get premium on my three other accounts, it is said there I couldnt subscribe anymore because I have already subscribe before. But still SPOTIFY CHARGE MY DEBIT CARD $0.99 each for the 3 other accounts that i tried to get premium but did not get to have premium. I want my money back on where I was charged premium but did not get to have premium. Please I need your help on this.
