Log in without Facebook, worked until today

Hello,
A few weeks ago, i deactivatet my Facebook account,
Spotify Premium still worked fine on my android phone and my windows computer when i logged in with my Spotify ID number.
But now it is impossible to log in on my smartphone, on my pc i still can log in.

Is there any solution for this?
I don't want to create a new account, i dont want to loose my playlists.

If your Spotify account was created using Facebook, normally that Facebook account must remain active to be able to continue to use Spotify on that account. 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you set up on a new account with all of your content and playlists. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
