Logging in after getting new phone

Logging in after getting new phone

I have a premium family account with access to my plan manager number (me) but can not login on new phone. Account associated with email is

not the account I was previously using,

anyone help?

Thanks for coming to the Community.


You can try logging in using your username instead of your email address. You can find your username at https://spotify.com/account or if you're still logged into the app on a device, head into Settings > Account.

Password reset gets sent to email that no longer exists lol, still can’t

I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can look into this: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

 

You may need to provide proof of account ownership, or purchase or payment details. It’s good to have these ready 🙂
