Hi, i don't recieve the 'Email for setting up the Device Password. Its a @gmail adress. any problems known?

I GOT IT...what the heck..Outlook is also a hotmail service so I have no idea why i have not gotten ONE EMAIL..now here is the kicker - I WANT MY permamnent email address changed! Since for some reason Spotify cannot send an email to hotmail i wnat ti change it for when I have anopther issue in the future
That's no problem at all - you can change the email address that you use for Facebook (and therefore Spotify) by following these steps:

i read the email - I never used paypal and thats something you need for me to get a device password? So KNOW WHAT?
i just rececked my Paypal account - I have never sent you money therefore there is no paypal billing agreement number!!!!! I think i set this up to bill my Visa card....Now what? So close and FAIL again....

Just reply to the last email you have from support and let them know. Could be an honest mistake by an advisor!

Sorry Paul, I can see that Robbie sent you an email hours ago but it automatically sent to the hotmail address which isn't receiving emails from us. I have now resent the latest email to you and you should be up and running soon.
ok - but i have to ask why you are still sending to the hotmail addy? I changed my email to the outlook one and yet Spotify is still using one they know is not working with your servers? wtf
