Not getting password email

Hi, i don't recieve the 'Email for setting up the Device Password. Its a @gmail adress. any problems known?

This is very weird - If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get one of those resets out to you manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am having the same problem here.

Since a few days I cannot listen to Spotify Premium on my Sonos no more...

It sais I need a device password. When I log onto my account, I get the usernumber and then need to click to get the mail with the link to establish the password. When I click, ir says that the e-mail has been sent, however nothing comes in, not in inbox/spam/social/publicity... nowhere. 

Ca nyou please arrange this device password ?
