My Question or Issue:


Ive been using a spotify account that was created through a Facebook that was deleted at least a year ago. Somehow, i'v been able to continue using this account without logging into the Facebook, and the FB has long since been permanently deleted. I can't log in on a computer because I have no password, and I worry if I log out on my mobile, I will have no way of logging back in, and ill be paying for premium on an account that there is no way to access. I just want this account deleted, so I can start over from a new account. Please please help.

This article may be of help.

 

I'd suggest to create a new account with a different email address from the one you use for Facebook. That will give you a Spotify username and password, independent of any Facebook account.
  
Once you have this new account, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you migrate your Premium privileges to this new account.
 
If you like you can link this new account to Facebook after the switch.

Thats what i'v done so far, and I only recived an automated message in return. Any idea how long it might take to hear back from a real human through the support email?

Since you've already got the automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, you can tweet @SpotifyCares or message Spotify Cares Facebook. 🙂

I did and never got a reply email. BUT, I got everything resolved through the Twitter account @SpotifyCares. They assigned my email to the account so I could create a password. All I needed was the invoice number through PayPal from my last premium payment. They were very helpful, but thank you for your help as well! Really happy to have this resolved.
