Payed for Spotify and don't have premium

So I tried to sign up for Spotify premium with the student discount and I entered all my information and it said that I couldn't be found in the system so I was like OK whatever I'll wait a little bit and see if it does anything. and of course it didn't but the next day I saw the 4.99 fee pop up in my bank account so I paid for it and I don't have premium.. I tried logging in and out and re downloading the app and checking my old account and it still didn't work. So, what should I do?

I have the same problem except I was charged twice!
