Payment With QR code

Payment With QR code

Guys I paid for a yearly subscription for Spotify premium through QR code scanning via UPI and money was debited from my account and said payment was successful and purchase is confirmed,but my premium hasn’t been activated.Is there something else I am supposed to do ? After the payment through QR scanning ? Please let me know that would be amazing

I would like you to start by checking out this support page and to double-check that your payment went through properly.

It's possible that your payment is pending as part of your bank's authorization process.

 

Please bear in mind that the process of payment approval could take a while so if you've received a confirmation mail, you can always check your receipts page for any payment that went through already.


In case the transaction isn’t successfully completed, no money will actually be taken and the funds will reappear on your statement - it's a good idea to check it out with your bank.
