Premium family address issue

Premium family address issue

I can't figure out what address i used at registration ... I've been at the same address and am wondering if it is a typo but i can't find my info... is the address used from my billing information?

Hey @SmokiC,

 

It’s not possible to change the address registered on an existing Premium for Family subscription.

 

If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the subscription on your old account!

are you for real? So if I do not remember the address (which is not displayed in acc settings) I can't do anything with it?

btw: I have the same problem.

I have one additional question. The verification process. There needs to be match between the address on my account + the address on my family member account or the family member just needs to confirm my address?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
