Problem logging in on the mobile app

My Question or Issue

I cant seem to be able to log in to the mobile app. I tried to reset it, followed all instructions but it keeps on telling to submit a new link. even when i copy the link it still doesn't work. Also deleting the app and reinstalling has not helped. Any suggestions?

Could you send a screenshot of any error messages being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community)? Also, what happens when you try to log in?
