Somebody else is using my account without my permission

So recently somebody else started using my account to listen music on their phone/pc. I don't know who it is, i'm assuming it's someone from Spain since they listen a lot of spanish music. I've tried changing my password and when i try to set a 'Device password' Spotify gives me an error and i get a message saying i should try again in 8 minutes. So what do i do now?

In order to recover your account, get in touch with the Spotify staff using either this contact form (if you get an answer from a noreply address telling you to look for support on the Community/support sites, reply again) or the Twitter support @SpotifyCares, or again the Facebook support via SpotifyCares.
