Somebody else is using my account without my permission

Somebody else is using my account without my permission

So recently somebody else started using my account to listen music on their phone/pc. I don't know who it is, i'm assuming it's someone from Spain since they listen a lot of spanish music. I've tried changing my password and when i try to set a 'Device password' Spotify gives me an error and i get a message saying i should try again in 8 minutes. So what do i do now?

I'm so sad to hear this! In order to recover your account, get in touch with the Spotify staff using either this contact form (if you get an answer from a noreply address telling you to look for support on the Community/support sites, reply again) or the Twitter support @SpotifyCares, or again the Facebook support via SpotifyCares.
