I sent this question to support last week, but it remains silent there. Maybe there is someone here who can help?
I have a premium acount, bought a family package and sent an invitation to my daughter (she has a free acount now).
When she accepts the invitation and cash it online I get the message: 'For some reason, the code can not be accepted. This could be because you are already Premium subscriber. It can also be a technical problem. Make sure you have entered the code correctly and contact our customer service team if the problem persists'. I tried everything several times, but can't solve the problem.
Can you help me with this?

If you contacted support you received an automated mail, isn't it?
Check your spam box, if you find it, reply to it (even if it's from no reply).
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
Otherwise, if you didn't get an email, do you have an 8 digit case number?

me too. My family account has my daughter as the "head of the family". No matter how many times I accept invitation on my email, I can not set up an account. "invitation pending" is all I ever get. SO FRUSTRATING
