Spotify credentials hacked

Today I woke up to find out that my Spotify account had been hacked. Years of accumulated music gone and my library has been completely whiped. Spotify is denying a breach of credential information, even though many people are reporting stolen accounts (https://techcrunch.com/2016/04/25/hundreds-of-spotify-credentials-appear-online-users-report-account...). How could this happen Spotify? Is there any way to restore my library?
