Spotify ecard does not work

Hello,

At Christmas, I bought a 6 month Spotify Premium ecard for my girlfirend but she has not been able to activate it so far. How could we fix this issue? Many thanks!

Thanks for your attention. The system says that the credit card used doesn't match the country. I used an Italian credit card (using paypal) but she lives in UK. Is there any way to overcome this?

Unfortunately Spotify does not offer international gifting of cards at the moment. This is due to different pricing structure. The best thing to do here would be for you to get in touch with Spotify Customer Support and they'll be able to provide you further help: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
