Spotify won't log in on ps4 /Android TV. Spotify connect doesn't work

My Question or Issue

*Just before posting this I checked for a Spotify Android TV update and there was one. I applied and rebooted the device - same problem. Won't pair, won't log me in, won't Spotify connect *

48 hours ago I discovered I couldn't play anything on my ps4, when trying to send from my phone, I checked the ps4 app and got an error code. 

I looked online that there were problems with Spotify, so I decided to leave it 

24 hours, same problem I proceeded to - 

Sign out of all devices 

Checked if I could log back in to the Android app and the Web player - both are fine 

Unlink ps4 

Reinstall ps4 app

I then got a different error code from Spotify ps4 

I decided to try my Android TV box and it won't let me log in to my account - no matter if I try pairing or user name

I somehow got my ps4 linked again, different error codes from the app and "song playback stopped" from the ui overlay 

When trying to Spotify connect to ps4 and 2 different Android TV boxes, it just sits there "connecting" and then stops 

Casting via Google cast works to the Android boxes 

I've restarted router, checked for updates of the apps, multiple restarts, used the 4g of my phone to create a new network and still no good. 

Any help would be appreciated
