Unwanted subscription to a Family account

Unwanted subscription to a Family account

Hi everyone:

This morning I received an email welcoming to my Family Plan and asking me to include family members users.

 

But I haven't subscribe myself to a Family Plan.

 

I logged into my account and I discovered that I already had five unknow users (bot-type) in my unwanted Family Plan.

 

I deleted all the unknown users, changed my password, changed my family plan back to premium but the problem is that Spotify will charge me again on February 20 despite I payed for my premium account yesterday or so.

 

What else can I do?

Sorry to hear about this. It sounds like someone has gained access to your account. We suggest that you go through this help article which will explain all the steps you need to take. Make sure to go through all the steps since there's necessary info provided there.
