Why doesn't Spotify let me downgrade to Unlimited?

I have read through the FAQs and it seems easy enough to do, but when prompted to manage my subscription it doesn't list Unlimited as an option. It's either Premium or you're booted out! 

Anyone else with this problem?

This issue popped up a few days ago when the new cancellation pages came in, you are correct the option has been removed - I have reported it to the Spotify guys, such a pain! 

In the meantime, if you are in a country where unlimited is available, if you cancel and wait for your account to drop to free, you can then upgrade to unlimited again from your online account.

This was helpful. I might just hang on for a couple of days to see if the problem resolves itself, and if not, follow your suggestion.  Am shuttling between the UK and Norway at the moment, so both coutries will hopefully make it easy!
