Trying to upgrade to premium but page won't load

I have been trying to upgrade my spotify to premium but it just endlessly loads where I am supposed to type the credit card. It is just the spinning circle and I cannot go passed this. Please help!

Issue redeeming family subscription

I just upgraded my premium subscription to a family subscription and sent out an invite. When we try and redeem it says we are not in the same country. My profile shows AU and my daughters shows au. How do I resolve this?
