same ad keeps popping up over and over again

I have tailored ads turned of in the privacy section, however the more i listened i kept getting the same ad more often, until it was the only ad i ever got. Is there any fix to this?

Im having the exact same issue as of recent, and I have tailored ads off.

My Spotify keeps playing the cocaine bear ad even though I have personalized ads turned off and explicit content turned off so I don’t know why I’m getting ads for rated r movies. I’ve also used the “thumbs down” on the ad to try to discourage Spotify from playing it again, but it’s played probably five times within an hour.

hi, I have the same problem with this advent health ad I listen on mobile and web player and it happens on both its to the point that the only ad I ever hear, and it's sometimes more than 3 times in a row.

My Question or Issue

So i'm getting the SAME AD every single ad time, and every hour or so - i'm getting that ad TWICE IN A ROW!

It's so annoying, and it's a home office advert, which also mentions "make a difference to your local area"

I've clicked the thumb down every single time "hear too often", every time but it just keeps coming back!

How can I make it stop (without subscribing to Spotify Premium)
