My Question or Issue

When using the desktop app, i'm forced to login everytime, as all the musics are greyed out. Once i log back in, all seems to work normally, but when i then stop using the desktop app, and go and use it on the phone, i need to do the same process and re-log in as it behaves similarly, so i can't play anything, as it stops recognizing my previously logged in account

thanks for reaching out !

 

I'd recommend starting things of with a clean reinstall as presented on this Spotify Answer as it tends to solve this type of issues.

 

Another check you can do is to log in on friend's/ family devices to see if you get the same error.
