This also happens to me, last time what I did was wait a little while then I contacted support and they helped me there, and in the end I turned autoplay on and off in the settings and then I tried again.
Can I ask how you managed to contact support? Im going round in circles between FAQ and Community trying to find something.
You can go directly to Spotify support on X (twitter) or send them a message in a chat using this link - https://support.spotify.com/in/article/contact-us/ - just press "Send us a message" in the talk to us part. 😉
Hey folks,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
Just to confirm @V9id, is this still happening on your side? If yes, would you mind sharing with us the exact troubleshooting steps you've tried so far along with the make/model and OS of the affected device? Please include the exact Spotify version you're running there.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'll need some further information. Please send us the following:

This happens to me often, and I simply wait a while, turn auto play off and on, and always try to leave random mode on. With persistence it goes back to normal.
My cell phone is a Samsung A53
Android 14 (one UI 6.1)
Spotify Version: 8.9.70.556
**bleep** ran the full clean install as directed, but the Autoplay is still not working. When a playlist ends, it just goes straight back to track one and starts again. This happens on any and all playlists.
Thanks
