My Question or Issue

I want to view my story but Spotify keep crashing. It happen on all of my devices so I guess something went wrong with my account

I know you said you were having issues on multiple devices but could you go ahead and try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If this doesn't work, we can try a few other things.

It looks like other Android users are also having issues here. Could you go to this Ongoing Issues thread and click the +VOTE button? Spotify staff is aware of the issue and will update there when they find anything.

Not the same as my issue but already upvoted. Btw, when I try to clean install Spotify as your suggestion, I click on the banner but nothing happen too.
