New Android bug?

New Android bug?

I was working on my computer and had my phone connected to the same network. After a while i needed to place a call from my phone. I unlocked my phone and spotify i asked if i wanted to continue playing the song on my computer or on my phone i just ignorde the questions and pressed the home button.

I then started dialing as soon as i had pressed the call button, the song started playing out from the phones speaker. I hung up and redialed same thing happened again. The music paused on the computer of course. I have never experienced this before but i have my suspioucs that it could be the new by the way awesome connect feature for premium user that are glitching.

If there's a glitch/bug i would bet that this also is a crossplattform issue not just android.

I would be happy if a developer could take a look at it.

I love you Spotify, but you don't know what you're talking about.

Hi, I see you are using an out of date version of the Spotify app. Please can you update it?

Hey there @LitrioN, welcome to the community!

Are you able to reproduce this issue or was it a one time thing. If you can give exact steps (your story is pretty clear, but step by step instruction help a lot), I'll see if I can reproduce it.

Also can you answer the following:

Android device model:

Android version:

Spotify Android Version:

Spotify Desktop Version:

Yes i have been able to "recreate" the problem.

Well like i said i was listening to music on my computer and was about to place a call with my phone.

So i unlocked the phone, it unlocked to the Spotify app. Here the window "You're controlling...."  came up and i just ignorde it and pressed the home button and went to the dialer and started calling as soon as i hit call, it started to play the music from the speakers on my phone.

I'm pretty sure that i have the latset versions available.

Android device model: Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Android version:4.4.2

Spotify Android Version:1.3.0.423

Spotify Desktop Version: 0.9.14.13.gba5645ad
