Premium User. Shuffle Won't Work. Can't Rewind.

Hello.

 

I just purchased Premium today. Paid it with my ATM card, purchased the 6 months of Premium option. However, it didn't go well.

I started my Spotify app on my phone (ASUS Zenfone 2, Android OS), opened the "now playing" section, the "now playing" screen popped up, but when I tried to press the shuffle button, it said "You just discovered a Premium feature". It is indeed very strange. That doesn't end there, I couldn't even rewind or play the previous song.

 

Please help. This is very annoying, I've paid to get the Premium features fully but I only got some of them.

 

P.S. : I have attached the screenshot of it from my phone.

Have you logged out at all since you have purchased premium? If not logging out and logging back in may help, or maybe uninstalling and reinstalling. (sorry this advice is so simplistic)
