Spotify keeps deleting downloaded songs.

As per the subject. Bought a new phone. Cleared all previous offline devices....keeps deleting my downloaded playlists....getting tiresome and expensive. Please help me find a solution.

This new update--- I go to playlists, click on what playlist I'd like to hear. Then I ave ti click "see more" to actually see the playlist. I click play on the song I want to hear and it only gives a preview??? Am I missing something?
