Cannot move music to a SD card on an LG V6.

I have tried allowing permissions, formatting SD card, and many other ways to fix this. The storage option does not appear in the settings anymore. It did when I first got the phone.

Cant organize my playlist

Can't log into the app AT ALL

Every time I try logging into the app it says the password or username is incorrect. Even when I did it with Facebook it instantly logged me out and said “either username or password is incorrect”.
