Superuser Contribution Why can't I preview suggested songs before putting them on my playlist?

When I tap "Add to this playlist" I'm not allowed to preview and listen to a clip of any of the suggested songs anymore. It only lets me listen to clips of my liked songs. Is this a premium feature now? I'm on android and I'm a free user.
