Hi! I hope you all are doing fine.
I had a problem with my spotufy account as a message that my sesion had expired poped up and when I logged myself in again all my playlists were gone and my unlimited account deleted. Anyone knows what this issue can be?

@user-removed - One is more than enough, submitting extra just slows the guys down 😉
I've asked someone to make sure one of those gets answered as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours but things can take a little longer at the weekends I'm afraid!

I have it linked to facebook, problem is I deleted from fbook the app I think, did not really want to delete it just wanted it not to show what I am always listening to and now when I login with my fbook account all my playlists are gone and my unlimited account does not appear I have again all the advertising...
I have exactly the same problem and don`t get a usable answer.

@user-removed - Have all of your playlists and subscription vanished?
If so, try the steps in this topic and if you can't get them back yourself, there is a link to get in touch with customer services there who will be able to fix it for you.

Thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately nothing seems to work for me. I`ve contacted customer services but I`m not all that optimistic that I`ll get any help there. I`ll wait a couple of days and if there is no reaction I`ll delete my account and move on to some other streamer.
Rather than getting a private message stating that I am now a music lover and not a newbie, I`d rather get a solution to my problem!

Thanks for your help. Here the details of my first contact with the Spotify Support Team at 15:14 CET and in German. I haven`t heard anything from them at all (more than 6 hrs ago).
