FIXED
1. Spotify auto-enables Dolby Atmos on Android
The original issue here has been fixed! If you're experiencing anything similar to this, make sure to let us know in the Help boards!
2. Student Verification Link not Working
We can confirm that this should now be fixed! If you're still having trouble, make sure to post a new thread in the relevant Help board here.
3. Some users unable to log in on iOS devices
Our tech folks confirmed this was fixed! With no new comments in the thread, we're assuming it's all good for everyone now!
4. Possible to publish app using only Spotify SDK App
An inquiry regarding the Web API that was recently resolved!
5. iPad UI Update: Wide Playlist view and some songs shifted to the middle in Landscape mode
There was an UI issue which was making some songs in the lists appear way more centered than the rest. No new comments in the thread since this got resolved.
6. Liked songs playlist isn't updating across different platforms
We have a workaround for this one! Follow the steps in case you stumble across this issue 🙂
7. Downtime 14th Aug: Creators unable to log in on the web
On the 14th of August some of you may have experienced troubles with the login button and being looped back to the same page. We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed! If you're still having trouble, please reach out to our colleagues at Creator Support.

8. Unplayed filter showing episodes in progress
Fixes in regard to this are being tested and are being gradually rolled out. This is on our radar!
9. [PS5] Song randomly skips to next song with Spotify in background
If you spot any exact controller buttons that are causing this, let us know! 🗒
10. Shuffle in the Tesla app always shows the exact same track list
We've forwarded this to the right teams and they're aware of the behavior! Keep your apps up to date in the meantime, folks.
11. Hyperlink to album doesn't work in the car
Our tech team is still looking into this! We'll make sure to update this thread when we hear back from them and have any info to share.
12. iPad: Currently playing controls disappear and can't be reopened

13. HyperOs Widget Bug: rewind / fast forward buttons missing for podcasts
We've reported everything we got from this thread to the appropriate teams to be investigated further. We'll be sure to let you know of any developments on the topic.
14. Songs keep switching to video mode when I only want to listen to them
We've passed all the info you've provided us onto the appropriate team. In the meantime, make sure to keep your apps up to date to take advantage of the latest features and fixes 🔧

15. Playing on another device - Tesla switches playback to Bluetooth
For the time being it's safe to say everything looks well here! Let us know if the Bluetooth issue persists for you on the latest Tesla firmware update 2025.26.7
16. Users on Android devices can't play content in Offline mode
Our tech folks are currently looking into this. If you're experiencing this issue, make sure to add your vote and subscribe to the thread from the three dots menu at the top to stay tuned.
17. Playback issues: Songs going silent on Android app
Our tech team is having some difficulties pinpointing the root cause of the issue! Please take a look at the requested info and share it when you can 🤝
18. Smart Shuffle keeps turning itself on

19. (Desktop) Playback issues with local files

21. App keeps switching to repeat
We're still getting new reports about this, but we do need some additional details in order to forward it to our tech folks. You can find what the requested info is in the Top Answer in the thread, thanks!
22. App not working/ constantly loading
If anyone is experiencing this, make sure to leave your device details in the thread (device + its OS version + its Spotify app version), alongside any additional troubleshooting you've covered (switching networks, devices, etc.) ✍️
23. Daylist that appears is not the same as the daylist that plays
Let us know if this only occurs when you're using the external speakers. We'd also like to know if the daylist changes regardless of the connected device or only when a specific one is connected.
