Superuser Contribution Why can't I add a playlist cover?

My spotify won't let me add/change the image for my playlists nor change my profile. It tells me the images are too small when I know for a fact they aren't.

Superuser Contribution my discover weekly seem to be pretty off point

it used to match what I was interested in, but now it seems like I just get random "alternative" music. Is there any way to reset it? I used to really enjoy that feature and feel that it's a shame to miss out on it.best regards

i do a public vote spotify chart every weeks and on spotifys top 50 chart theres red arrows (down) green arrows (up) and blue dots (new entry) i would like to add that on my songs for my chart though i dont know if how or if its possible how to do it
