[All Platforms] Customize Start Screen

This is not a new idea, but I haven't found any practical reply to it, so I think it needs to be repeated. I completely agree with Rennestein (screen capture below), we need to stop seeing irrelevant suggestions because it is annoying. Why can't it be possible to decide what we first see when we open Spotify on any device? (playlists, recently played, artists we're following, etc), and enjoy better our Spotify experience?
Please Spotify, let us have the home screen as we'd like. :)) Thank you!

Just adding more of the same, hopefully one day Spotify will care, but I think I'll have left before then.

* Being forced to see Joe F'ing Rogan's show makes me feel awful every time I open the app

* Playing only liked songs is very difficult now

* Let me customize my home page

* Let me go directly to my artists list, don't bury it

* Recommendations are awful

I pay for this, and have for years, but I'm *so* close to done.  Trying apple music now, actually.  All this money and I just feel frustrated with it whenever I open Spotify, maybe its time to be annoyed at a different company 😄  There *must* be some reason these changes are going on, because its certainly not because users like them.  Things just keep getting worse.

This would be super fricken easy to do. My son kept on listening to Horrid Henry and that sh!t is super unhelpful for getting him to follow instructions. 

I blocked the artist and every song in the playlist and still see it pop up in the"good morning/evening" thing, causing him to try and put it on. Just let me remove it. Put some doors there, remove item. Easy.

Never heard of Horrid Henry - it’s ironic how your suggestion here, turned me onto a new band I like hahaha I can see how it would be a negative influence towards a kid in school lol thanks!

You need to get Joe Rogan off my home screen. We do have other choices for streaming. It's worth it to move rather than have him forced on me.

Here we are 3 years later and this is still marked as "Not Right Now" with 2665 upvotes and 32 pages of mostly supportive comments.  

Change that status to being "Available In The Next Update" and there will be some long-overdue progress.

At least give us the option to "X" out a category or recommendations. I don't use Spotify for podcasts and it keeps recommending the same irrelevant podcast to me over and over.
