This is not a new idea, but I haven't found any practical reply to it, so I think it needs to be repeated. I completely agree with Rennestein (screen capture below), we need to stop seeing irrelevant suggestions because it is annoying. Why can't it be possible to decide what we first see when we open Spotify on any device? (playlists, recently played, artists we're following, etc), and enjoy better our Spotify experience?
Please Spotify, let us have the home screen as we'd like. :)) Thank you!

Somehow, I end up with things on my homepage and I have no idea how they got there and I have no interest in and I would like to be able to remove them. Also, sometimes I might search up something that I decide I do not like and I want to be able to remove it as well. Please allow users the ability to edit their own homepage!

This really sucks! If I plug into Apple Car play I have no privacy. Whatever I listen to is on display for anyone who may be with me to see. I don't have a lot to hide, but when I'm in certain company, I'd like them not to know that I listen to bedtime stories for adults! If you all think it's funny exposing people like this, well I'll go to Apple music instead!

Podcasts in the "Your Shows" feed. Listen to a few minutes here and there, and suddenly new episodes of otherwise uninteresting podcasts show up . At least let me hide them! Come on, how hard can it be to fix this? As snowflake3 puts it: "gives users more control". That's exactly what I feel i don't have when it's not possible to hide/remove content I'm not interested in.

I have a secondary monitor on the right which is also where I put the Spotify window. The Queue is so far away on the right side, it'd be nice to be able to swap the Library window position with the Queue.

I did get contact from Spotify a month ago wsh. They liked the joke about
winning the international air and competition. They asked what I wanted
done. I told them to do the things in this thread. They were like well ok
then. So basically Nevermind.

Hi. I want to be able to disable shorts and videos suggestions from my Spotify - I am talking specifically about the “Explore episodes for you” and “Episodes for you” features. In sum, I don’t want my Spotify to be feeding me dopamine inducing content like YouTube or other social media. I just want it for listening to music and podcasts. Where can I disable it in the settings? And, if not available, please develop it asap. I’d like to be able to control it with my settings. Thank you!

all this push for the last two years with video loops and podcasts has not gone unnoticed. It’s terrible, I don’t like it, i don’t want to pay for app that didn’t listen for community voice which two years ago came in mega thread to stop this. 

my homepage MUST be filled with music. Not, videos.

Basically allow us to pin playlists, songs and artists to our top 8, instead of it just being recommendations. It’s the first thing you see and you have no control over it. Having control of that menu would be very nice..
