[Music] Crossfade when skipping Tracks

Hello, I don't know if idea has been suggested before but I couldn't find anything like it.

So, when you're currently playing an track and suddenly decides to switch song in the middle of it, it gives a very "sharp" transition.

My idea is to, just as the "Crossfade Track" option, to crossfade tracks even if you decide to switch in the middle of the song.

My main "Inspiration?" for this idea is partys. Everyone been through it and it happens pretty much every party. People starting to switch tracks every 10th second and it's just straight out annoying.

I think a crossfade would solve this problem, half-way at least.

If the song is downloaded there could be a feature where instead of playing the next song and there's a 1 second delay it can be a transition like when I queue a song. Keeps the vibes going during parties and people will ask how did you do that...Spotify>Apple music

Hi all, Dear super music provider Spotify,

2 days ago, I’ve reveived from Spotify France an information explaining that my monthly subscription will increase by 1,2% starting July. This notification is provided with argument pointing out a new French tax chères to all streaming music provider. 
Finally, year after year, we will always participate to feed the economic balance which is key to always propose an high service level to your end-users : Great ! Then, as I wrote in a previous post, when do you act the Go Live of the Crossfade when skipping tracks service that thousands and certain my million users expect for more 10 years ? Please make us confident that our money is well managed . Cheers.

I would like to see the ability to allow a smooth fade out whilst the next track is brought in when skipping to the next track manually. At the moment, if you use it for a house party and people are adding song ideas to the queue, any skipping sounds cheap and nasty as it instantly cuts out and goes to the next song. Sometimes you want to skip if a song is long and you want to move things along, but I want it to sound professional and blended. Crossfading already exists when a track naturally ends, but can we have the option to blend like this when manually pressing next?
